Bodies By Akeem follows responsible Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging practices.


  • We do not send spam, unsolicited marketing texts, or excessive messaging. 
  • Text messages are limited to account alerts, scheduling updates, coaching communication, or service-related notices.
  • Users may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP or using available unsubscribe options.
  • Phone numbers are never sold or provided to outside marketing organizations.

  • Clients may silence or customize push notifications directly within app settings.
